URJA Academy is the coach-creation engine behind all of it — the apprenticeship-based training ground that has produced India's lifestyle coaching workforce for over a decade.

Why We're Hiring Now

URJA Lifestyle Care — our direct-to-consumer and enterprise coaching vertical — is scaling fast. We're building a new apprentice cohort to grow it, with real coaching hours from month one, a fast-tracked path to Senior Coach, and a front-row seat in shaping how URJA delivers lifestyle care to individuals, corporates, and communities across India.

What You'll Do

• Train under URJA's senior coaches in TAP methodology, the UF Index assessment system, and our Assess → Coach → Reassess delivery model
• Earn your URJA Lifestyle Coach L1 certification — ISSA CEU-approved, giving your credential international recognition from day one
• Build real coaching hours by supporting Individual and Group Lifestyle Care clients, with supervised client ownership as you progress
• Get hands-on delivery experience inside our URJA Inside for Gyms (UIG) partner network — real floor hours in real gyms, not just classroom training
• Progress on a clear track: Apprentice → Coach → Senior Coach, with growing autonomy and client ownership at each stage — and a future path to the full ISSA credential as you grow

Whom We're Looking For

• Genuinely energized by movement, mind-body practice, or helping others build better habits
• Comfortable holding people accountable with warmth — coaching is a relationship, not a script
• Coachable and hungry to build real skill, not just collect a credential
• Background in fitness, sports science, nutrition, psychology, or physical education is a plus — mindset matters more than the degree
