Account Manager – Customer Success
Hiring Criteria
- Location: Bengaluru
- CTC: ₹9–13 LPA
- Experience: Between 3–5 years (strictly)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 days only
- Mandatory: B2B account management experience
- Mandatory: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mandatory: Experience managing clients from onboarding through offboarding
- Mandatory: Cross-selling and upselling experience
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts end-to-end.
- Drive the complete customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewals, and offboarding.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Customer Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Claims, and Support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Revenue Growth
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive account expansion and generate referrals from satisfied customers.
- Support retention and renewal initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
Product Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of Plum's products and services.
- Guide customers on best practices and recommend solutions based on their business needs.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.
- Improve internal processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless account management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong B2B account management experience.
- Proven experience managing client relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
- Experience in cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of total experience (Candidates with significantly higher experience will not be considered for this role).
- Mandatory experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, or Relationship Management.
- Demonstrated experience handling the complete customer lifecycle.
- Experience driving account growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
