Company Description Harkaran Boparai Studio (HBS) is a global design practice specializing in timeless architecture and interior design for high-scale residential and distinctive commercial projects. Founded in 2018, HBS has grown to a team of 50+ design professionals working across three studios. The practice is known for expressive, enduring design language that shapes its built work and client experience.

With studios in Delhi, Amritsar, and Dubai, HBS offers exposure to diverse markets and project typologies. Team members collaborate across locations, contributing to an evolving portfolio of international projects.Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design documentation from schematic design through execution. Day-to-day tasks include working on architectural design detailing, collaborating with interior design and engineering teams, and supporting project planning and on-site coordination.

The role involves client presentations, design revisions based on feedback, and close coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the New Delhi studio, requiring active participation in studio reviews, team meetings, and site visits.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and details.Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, such as integrating BIM, CAD, and visualization tools.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with BIM processes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage multiple deadlines, and participate in design critiques constructively.Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices; experience with high-end residential or commercial projects is highly beneficial.Strong visual communication and presentation skills, including clear drawing, diagramming, and written documentation.
