Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with the design team to develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations; coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants; and ensuring design intent is reflected in technical details. The role involves site visits to monitor progress, address design queries, and support quality control during construction.

The Architect will participate in client meetings, assist with design presentations, and contribute to project scheduling and coordination to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
• Ability to work with Integration of various building systems and coordination with multidisciplinary consultants.
• Competence in Project Management, including planning tasks, tracking milestones, and supporting timely delivery.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts is beneficial, especially for parametric design tools or design-technology integration.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to conduct regular site visits in Mumbai.
