Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India
Salary: Rs.45,000 - 70,000 (Per Month)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, technically strong, and capable of taking ownership of projects from concept development through execution. As part of a small studio, you will work closely with the principal architect and be involved in every stage of the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
- Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, construction drawings, and presentation materials.
- Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for client meetings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality execution.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and project requirements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–4 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar visualization software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and execution processes.
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative studio environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes.
- Experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants.
- Ability to independently manage project packages and site coordination.
