Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Team Leader to lead the sales team and drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in closing business.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
• Team handling or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local candidates from Muzaffarpur will be preferred.
