Job SummaryAs part of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Group’s SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation. This role ensures the project is delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and achieves the intended business transformation outcomes. The Project Manager will coordinate internal workstream leads, external SI partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive process redesign, standardisation, data readiness, change management, and system deployment. Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & GovernanceOwn overall project planning, delivery, monitoring, and governance across all project stagesWork with process owners and management, ensuring timely decision-making, escalation management and alignmentManage Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality, Risk & Issues (RAID)Workstream CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional workstreamsEnsure Business Champion Leads and Business Support Leads deliver project tasks with clarity and accountabilityVendor & SI Partner ManagementAct as primary day-to-day contact with SAP implementation partnerEnsure SI deliverables meet contractual commitment and quality expectationsValidate project methodology, accelerators, git-gap outcomes and solution design proposalsProcess Design & StandardisationDrive process harmonization and adoption of best-practice SAP standard processesFacilitate design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions and solution validationEnsure business requirements are properly translated into functional and technical designsData, Testing & CutoverOversee master data governance activities, data-cleansing, mapping, migration and validationEnsure integrated testing cycles (SIT/UAT) are well planned, executed and signed-offLead cutover planning and coordination of go-live readinessChange Management & TrainingWork closely with Change Management Lead to ensure user readinessTrack training progress, process documentation, SOPs and change impact assessmentSupport communication planning across all business unitsPost-Go-Live StabilisationManage hypercare activities and ensure timely resolution of issuesTransition project deliverables to BAU teams and IT support Key Outcomes to be AchievedProcess milestones delivered on schedule and within budgetStrong business adoption and minimal go-live disruptionEffective cross-functional engagement and collaborationAchievement of intended transformation outcomes: Standardised processesImproved controlsBetter data qualityEnhanced reporting and visibility
Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related fieldProven track record of at least 8 to 10 years of experience in large-scale ERP project deliveryStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA in at least two full-cycles of implementationExperience in Ariba implementation or procurement transformation (added advantage)Proven track record in leading multi-workstream, multi-country, or group-level transformationsStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skillsStrong understanding of data governance, testing, and cutover methodologies
