We're Hiring: Recovery cum Accounts Officer

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary: ₹35,000/month (As per Last Exp)

We are looking for an experienced Recovery cum Accounts Officer who can manage field recovery of outstanding dues (person-to-person collection) along with core accounting functions including TDS, GST, Accounts Receivable, and Sales Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Recovery (Primary Responsibility)

✅ Recover outstanding payments/dues directly from customers/clients through in-person visits and follow-ups

✅ Trace and contact defaulting parties; negotiate repayment terms and settlements

✅ Maintain daily recovery reports and update collection status in records/CRM

✅ Issue proper receipts for payments collected and ensure timely deposit/reconciliation

✅ Escalate non-cooperative or high-risk cases to management for further action

Accounts

✅ Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and timely return filing

✅ Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

✅ Manage Accounts Receivable – invoicing, follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation

✅ Maintain sales accounting and reconcile sales data

✅ Bank reconciliation and day-to-day bookkeeping

✅ Assist in monthly/annual closing and audit support

✅ Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B. Com preferred)

4–5 years of relevant experience in recovery/collections and accounting

Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills for field recovery

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel

Willingness to travel locally for recovery visits

Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail
