Job Description
Coordinate daily with the Factory, Production, Dispatch, and International Marketing teams to ensure timely production and shipment execution as per agreed schedules.Monitor and continuously improve export operational processes by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.Track production progress and coordinate third-party inspections, wherever applicable, in line with customer and business requirements.Conduct regular visits to the manufacturing facilities to review production and dispatch status, ensuring adherence to monthly shipment plans.Proactively communicate any production or dispatch delays, risks, or schedule deviations to the International Marketing team for timely customer updates.Verify that products, packaging, and labeling comply with approved customer specifications and quality requirements, highlighting any deviations for corrective action.Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples as requested by the International Marketing team.Inspect containers jointly with the Dispatch and Quality teams prior to shipment to ensure compliance with export and customer requirements.Arrange and maintain shipment documentation, including photographs of container stuffing, palletization, packaging, and lot-wise product images, for customer records and shipment validation.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
