Assistant Manager Finance

As a Assistant Manager Finance, you will:Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with PSAK/IFRS standardsEnsure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes (PPh 21/23/26), and corporate income taxManage external and internal audit processes, and act as the key liaison with auditorsStrengthen and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvements and actively support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation (preferably Odoo)Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, and supply chain) to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementOversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate closing processesProvide guidance, supervision, and development support to junior finance team membersExperience in the beauty/FMCG industry is preferred, with understanding of inventory, COGS, and product costing being an advantage

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably with prior leadership exposurePrior experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or skincare company is highly preferredStrong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and/or IFRSIn-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, 22, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial dashboard creation)Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably OdooProven ability to prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial statementsExperience in inventory costing, particularly within multi-SKU industries (e.g., cosmetics or skincare)Exposure to treasury functions and working capital managementFamiliarity with transfer pricing documentation and complianceExperience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent is an advantage
