Required Skills:
- MBA in HR / PGDM HR — Preferred
- BBA / B.Com / BA with strong HR experience can also fit if recruitment exposure is solid

Description:
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with at least 3 years of practical experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidate should independently manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate with internal stakeholders, handle HR documentation/processes, and possess strong communication skills. Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is important because reporting and coordination are part of the role.
MBA HR candidates are preferred. Since the role is Work From Office and budget is LPA, client will prefer practical, stable candidates from mid-sized companies who are comfortable with operational HR responsibilities.
