The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise and teaching experience across multiple management disciplines, including Marketing, Finance, and Economics, while actively engaging students through practical and industry-oriented learning methodologies.Educational QualificationPh.D. (Completed and Awarded) is mandatory.Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. are requested to refrain from applying.Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) with a strong academic record.ExperienceMinimum 3-8 years of teaching experience in MBA/PGDM institutions.Experience in teaching one or more of the following subjects:Marketing ManagementConsumer BehaviourFinancial ManagementCorporate FinanceManagerial EconomicsBusiness EconomicsStrategic ManagementGeneral Management SubjectsIndustry experience will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lectures to MBA/PGDM students.Develop course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assessment frameworks.Mentor students for academic projects, internships, and career development.Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals.Contribute to accreditation, rankings, and institutional development initiatives.Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interaction sessions.Support placement and corporate engagement activities whenever required.Desired SkillsStrong conceptual knowledge across Management disciplines.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to integrate industry practices into classroom teaching.Research orientation with publications in reputed journals.Proficiency in case-based and experiential learning methodologies.Student mentoring and academic counseling skills.Key SkillsGeneral Management Marketing Management Financial Management Managerial Economics Business Strategy Research Methodology Curriculum Development Student Mentoring Academic Administration Case Study Teaching Outcome-Based Education Research Publications Industry-Academia CollaborationImmediate Joiners Preferred.
