Eligibility Criteria: MCA (Computer Science/IT) with consistently good academic record Prior teaching experience in BCA/B.Tech programmes will be preferred Strong knowledge of Programming Languages, Data Structures, DBMS, Web Technologies, AI, and Emerging Technologies Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for BCA students• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies• Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities• Participate actively in admissions, student counselling, and institutional development initiatives• Contribute towards accreditation, academic quality enhancement, and industry collaborations
