Della Townships offers opportunities to contribute to landmark developments shaping urban life in India.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant to Director role based in Mumbai and ready to work from Lonavala 3-4 days a week as we are based out of our Della Resorts property for half a week. The Assistant to Director will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing documents and presentations.
The role involves handling phone calls and correspondence, maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and preparing reports or meeting minutes as required. The assistant will help track key tasks and deadlines for the Director, ensure follow-ups are completed, and support day-to-day office operations.
