Assistant Treasury Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily treasury operations in alignment with HQ funding policies, including fund allocation and intercompany transfers across subsidiariesMonitor and manage cash flow through internal treasury systems, conduct monthly cash budgeting and ensure adequate liquidity across entitiesServe as the key liaison with domestic and international banks on treasury matters, including loan facilities, bank guarantees, security deposits and related documentationManage bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions (30+ accounts), including account opening, maintenance and closureExecute and support foreign exchange transactions in compliance with applicable cross-border regulatory requirementsKeep abreast of treasury-related regulatory policies and foreign exchange frameworks in relevant marketsCoordinate closely with internal treasury, finance and shared service teams to ensure smooth fund settlement and cash operationsPrepare periodic cash flow and liquidity reports to support management reviewMaintain strong risk awareness and ensure compliance in daily treasury activities RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of relevant treasury or fund management experienceSolid hands-on experience in banking relationship management and external bank liaisonExperience in cross-border fund operations and familiarity with foreign exchange regulationsFamiliarity with centralized treasury structures within multinational or China-headquartered corporate environments will be advantageousStrong understanding of cash flow management and internal fund allocation processesBusiness fluency in Chinese and good command of EnglishStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently under pressure
