London £80,000–£95,000+ plus annual bonus up to 18% An Associate Director Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy delivering Building Surveying, project and professional services across commercial property assets. The role offers a salary of £80,000–£95,000+ plus an annual bonus of up to 18%, on a Permanent, Full-time basis with highly flexible working arrangements and substantial autonomy. Responsibilities Lead major Building Surveying commissions across commercial property portfolios Direct technical due diligence, dilapidations and professional consultancy instructions Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent Develop senior client relationships and secure new consultancy instructions Lead team performance, technical standards and service growth initiatives Requirements Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline MRICS qualification Significant post-qualification consultancy experience Experience leading surveying teams and managing client relationships Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with commercial property expertise Salary & Package £80,000–£95,000+ basic salary Annual bonus up to 18% of salary Highly flexible working arrangements Private healthcare 25 days annual leave, birthday leave and Christmas shutdown period Apply by submitting a CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation.
