Job Description
KS2 Coordinator (Vietnam) We are recruiting for a KS2 Coordinator (also class teacher) to join a founding British international school in Vietnam (located near Hanoi). This is a core teaching role with an allowance for leading the KS2 phase (Years 3–6). Responsibilities: Teach a KS2 class, delivering consistently strong lessons.
Lead the KS2 phase academically and pastorally, supporting staff and pupils. Drive curriculum development and ensure effective assessment. Line manage KS2 teachers and lead weekly team meetings.
Oversee pastoral care, behaviour, and parent engagement. Requirements: PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and relevant degree. Minimum 2 years’ successful KS2 teaching experience in a British Curriculum school.
Experience using data to raise standards and improve outcomes. Desirable: prior leadership of a subject or initiative across a key stage. Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Cultural sensitivity and willingness to relocate to Vietnam.
