Role Description The Associate Director of Sales / Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves driving corporate sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and promoting the resort’s event and hospitality offerings to corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations and site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating terms to close deals.
The role also includes building long-term client relationships, collaborating with operations and events teams to ensure seamless execution, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing regular sales reports and market insights to leadership. The associate director/sales manager will represent Palm Greens Club & Resort at industry events, networking forums, and corporate meetings to strengthen brand visibility in the corporate segment.
Qualifications
- Strong corporate sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
- Experience with client relationship management, contract negotiation, and closing high-value corporate deals.
- Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of hospitality, events, or resort-based services and the corporate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at senior levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including operations, events, and marketing, to deliver client commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in corporate sales within hospitality, events, or a related service industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
