Role Description The Sales & Accounts Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. This role is responsible for building new and managing exisiting key client accounts, understanding their gifting needs, and providing solutions that align with their brand and business goals.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- building and maintaining strong customer relationships,
- expertise in product offerings & customised gifting solutions
- overseeing order pipelines, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring client satisfaction.
- The role involves generating leads, pitching gifting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- The Sales and Accounts Manager also tracks performance metrics, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contributes to sales strategies that support business growth.

- Ability to drive revenue growth through Lead Generation and relationship-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, events, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Delhi and collaborating across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or similar software.
- Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of the client's business goals and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
