Associate Director

As an Audit Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing a portfolio of clients while supporting Directors and Partners in managing relationships, delivery and growth. You will act as a bridge between Senior Managers and Directors, with increasing exposure to commercial decision-making and business development. Key Responsibilities Support oversight of a client portfolio alongside Directors.

Manage complex audit engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Review work and resolve technical issues. Client Management Build strong relationships with key clients.

Act as escalation point for client issues. Support Directors with client retention and satisfaction. Manage and mentor Managers and Senior staff.

Drive team performance and development. Assist with recruitment and resource planning. Commercial & Growth Support fee management and profitability.

Identify opportunities for additional services. Assist with proposals and business development. Qualifications & Experience Strong audit background within practice.
