Associate Director - Valuations

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing professional services firms as part of its expanding Valuations team. Following significant investment and continued growth across its Deals and Advisory practice, the firm is looking to appoint an Associate Director to help drive the next phase of expansion. The role offers exposure to a broad range of valuation assignments, working closely with entrepreneurs, private equity-backed businesses, corporates and their investors .

The R oleYou will lead a variety of valuation engagements across multiple sectors, supporting clients through transactions, financial reporting requirements, tax matters and strategic decision-maki ng.Responsibilities will inclu de: Leading business valuation engagements for M&A, tax and financial reporting purpo ses.Delivering purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment reviews and share valuati ons.Building and reviewing complex financial models using DCF, market multiples and transaction comparab les.Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to business owners, management teams and invest ors.Supporting Partners with business development, proposals and networking activit ies.Coaching and developing junior members of the t eam. Abou t YouACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent quali fied.Strong experience gained within a Valuations, Deals Advisory, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services environ ment.Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies and financial model ling.Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relations hips.Previous experience managing teams and delivering multiple projects simultaneo usly.Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow a successful advisory prac tice.
