Associate HR Business Partner – Supported Development Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for an aspiring or developing HR professional to join our team as an Associate HR Business Partner in a supported development role at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an ideal position for someone who is ready to step into a more strategic HR role, with structured support, mentoring, and development, enabling you to grow into a fully‑fledged HR Business Partner within a busy acute hospital environment. Working as part of a forward‑thinking People & OD Directorate, you will provide support to a dedicated division in delivering a high‑quality, proactive HR service supported by a People Advisor.

This role is designed with development at its core. You will: Gradually build your experience in strategic partnering Be supported to lead on increasingly complex workforce initiatives Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced HRBPs and senior leaders You will play a key role in helping services deliver safe, high‑quality patient care by ensuring they have the right people, skills, and culture in place.
