Be a part of it.Cygnet Group are currently looking for an experienced Autism Support Worker (Days) to join our dedicated team at The Squirrels.About the RoleWe are offering a 42-hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts.Some shifts may start at 7 am, while others may finish at 10 pm, across a 7-day rota (including two weekends per month).As an Autism Support Worker, you will:Support and assist residents in their day-to-day livesEncourage independence while helping with cooking, cleaning and personal careAccompany residents to community activities such as cinema trips, swimming, local events and even nightclubsPromote personal development and help individuals learn new life skillsUpdate and maintain accurate records to monitor health and wellbeingProvide emotional and physical support in a compassionate, person-centred wayAbout The SquirrelsThe Squirrels is a 9-bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge.
