Handle matters including assignments for the benefit of creditors, loan workouts, and purchase and sale of distressed assets across industries such as real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, or related parties in bankruptcy proceedings or related litigation. Salary Salary: $215,000 - $250,000 per year
