Bathroom Attendant

  We are seeking reliable, professional, and service-oriented Bathroom Attendants for seasonal temporary assignments based on client needs. We are looking for both female and male Bathroom Attendants to support high-volume venues and events throughout the season.

Ideal candidates are polished, attentive, dependable, and comfortable providing courteous guest service in busy environments. Assignments may include events, hospitality venues, private functions, corporate events, and other client locations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper appearance of assigned restroom areas

• Regularly clean and sanitize sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, fixtures, and other restroom surfaces

• Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper products, and other amenities

• Ensure restrooms remain clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the shift

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner when needed

• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming environment

• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas

• Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, spills, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor

• Follow all client, health, sanitation, and safety guidelines

• Work efficiently and professionally during high-volume periods

• Perform additional guest-service or support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bathroom attendant, housekeeping attendant, porter, hospitality worker, or in a similar customer-service role preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing assignments

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in using mobile applications for daily work tasks

• Availability for day and evening shifts, depending on assignment

• Must be comfortable working flexible schedules based on seasonal client needs

Uniform Requirements:

All Bathroom Attendants are required to arrive in the following uniform:

• Black button-down dress shirt

• Black tuxedo pants

• Black dress shoes

• Black vest

• Black tie

Uniform must be clean, pressed, professional, and worn in accordance with client and company standards.
