Battery Scientist

At Cancrie, we're building the future of energy storage-working at the intersection of advanced materials and real-world battery deployment. We're looking for a hands-on Battery Scientist who can bridge lab innovation with on-ground industrial execution. What you'll work on:• End-to-end Li-ion cell fabrication (electrodes assembly testing)• Pack and module development with BMS, thermal, and mechanical design• Prototype builds for EV applications (2-wheelers/4-wheelers/drone) with field validation• On-site integration of advanced nanocarbon materials into batteries• Real-world testing across manufacturer sites and performance validation What we're looking for:• Strong hands-on experience in cell development• Understanding of EV battery systems, BMS, and thermal behavior• Exposure to materials integration in batteries (bonus)• Ability to operate across lab setups and industrial environments• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to travel for trials Location: Jaipur / Hyderabad / Delhi + on-site manufacturer trials Type: Full-timeIf you want to build batteries not just in the lab-but in the real world-this role is for you.
