BDO RISE is hiring NetSuite Functional Lead for Supply chain and Manufacturing - Experienced Manager

Job Description

The Manager will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed:

• Strategy, Requirements & Selection:
\n
• Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted
\n
• Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements
\n
• Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients
\n
• Understands related security structures and best practices
\n
• Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications
\n
• Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options
\n
• Supports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
\n
• Solution Functional Design: Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts, to provide maximized business value and deliver strong business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraints
\n
• Consulting: Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
\n
• Program & Project Management: Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementations
\n
• Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budget
\n
• Monitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities
\n
• Develops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
\n
• Implementation and Support: Provides functional support of NetSuite solutions and related technologies especially in supply chain side
\n
• Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requests
\n
• Manages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directed
\n
• Provides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live support
\n
• Responsible for configuration of solution based on requirements
\n
• Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team
\n

\n

Supervisory Responsibilities:

\n
• Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders
\n
• Manages project workstreams as directed
\n
• Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants
\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

\n
• Bachelor's Degree and six (6) or more years of industry experience with hands on NetSuite ERP systems, required;
\n
• NetSuite certifications preferred not mandatory with experience in MRP and Advanced manufacturing modules of NetSuite
\n

Experience:

\n
• Six (6) or more years of business process analysis in primarily manufacturing and Supply chain industries.
\n
• Experience in implementing Manufacturing modules and MRP in at least 5 or more projects
\n
• Extensive client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred
\n
• Comfortable with Advanced manufacturing concepts and exposure to its practical application in client projects , must.
\n

Software:

\n
• Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required
\n

Oracle NetSuite,

\n
• Smartsheet, preferred
\n
• Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred
\n
