Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates, managing vendor relationships, and driving successful consultant placements. This role requires proven leadership skills, a strong network within the US staffing industry, and the ability to develop business opportunities while mentoring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving placement targets, expanding the vendor network, and ensuring operational excellence across the Bench Sales function.
Title: Bench Sales Lead
Level of Experience: 8-12 years
Work Location: 100 Feet Road Madhapur, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants and H-1B transfer candidates through Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing staffing partners.
- Expand our network by bringing in new vendors and business contacts.
- Identify new opportunities and connect the right consultants with the right requirements.
- Manage the complete placement cycle i.e submissions, follow-ups, interviews, and closures.
- Maintain daily activity reports and consistently achieve assigned daily and weekly KPIs.
- Work with a team that values ownership, relationships, and results.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Experience handling H1B Transfer Consultants
- Good understanding of vendor management (T1 & Implementation partners) and consultant marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward goals.
