As we enter our next phase of growth, we are transforming our commercial organisation from traditional product-led selling to an AI-powered, intelligence-led consultative sales model.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional sales leadership role. The successful candidate will redesign and scale a modern B2B sales organisation that combines:
• AI-powered prospect intelligence
• Consultative selling
• Account-based marketing
• Revenue operations

You will lead the development of a world-class revenue engine focused on helping customers improve sourcing decisions, reduce risk, accelerate growth and improve marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
• Develop and execute a new commercial growth strategy
• Deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets
• Improve sales productivity, conversion rates and average contract value
• Build predictable pipeline generation processes
Sales Transformation
• Lead the company’s transition from product selling to solution selling
• Implement AI-enabled sales workflows and processes
• Introduce account-based selling methodologies
• Establish value-based and ROI-driven sales practices
• Embed a consultative sales culture throughout the organisation
Team Leadership
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing sales talent – both internal and external
• Establish a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement
• Drive world-class sales execution and forecasting discipline
Customer & Market Engagement
• Engage directly with strategic accounts and key prospects
• Support enterprise-level negotiations
• Represent Fibre2Fashion at major industry events and conferences
• Build relationships with senior executives across brands, retailers, manufacturers and industry suppliers
Success Measures
Within 12 Months:
• Increase qualified pipeline by 3x
• Improve sales conversion rates by at least 50%
• Implement AI-driven account intelligence across all regions
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth across all business lines
Experience
• 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
• 5+ years leading international sales teams
• Proven experience selling SaaS, market intelligence, business information, technology, consulting or marketing solutions
• Track record of scaling revenue organisations
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets
• Experience implementing modern sales methodologies
