Position: BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for experienced BIM Modelers / BIM Engineers to join our growing BIM team for large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing coordinated BIM models for landscape-related disciplines, including irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and shade structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model irrigation networks, landscape lighting systems, and shade structures.
• Coordinate models with Architecture, Structure, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Produce BIM deliverables in accordance with project BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Update BIM models based on consultant/client comments.
• Support shop drawing production and quantity extraction where required.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Experience on Landscape projects is mandatory.
• Experience in:
• Irrigation Systems
• Landscape Lighting
• Shade Structures
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.

Software Requirements

Mandatory:

• Autodesk Revit
• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Navisworks Manage
• Revizto

Advantage:

• Solibri

Preferred Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working on Middle East projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows is an advantage.
• Understanding of LOD development and model QA/QC.
