Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Senior Executive – Brand Reputation & Advocacy to join our Brand Reputation & Strategic Communications team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end brand reputation campaigns, advocacy initiatives, content development, vendor partnerships, and client coordination across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have excellent content writing skills across a the industries and formats, coupled with the ability to quickly grasp new subjects and develop well-researched, engaging content. They should have hands-on experience in Seeding & Reviews, community engagement, and advocacy campaigns, along with strong stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills. The role demands a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Reputation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end reputation management, advocacy, community seeding, and Reviews & Ratings campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage campaign execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and platform compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify execution gaps, and recommend improvements for better outcomes.
- Ensure consistent execution standards across all client campaigns.
Content Strategy & Development
- Develop high-quality, platform-specific content for Reddit, Quora, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Google Reviews, Play Store, App Store, and other online communities.
- Create engaging, compliant, and insight-driven content, with strong expertise in the BFSI and fintech domain.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging conversations to develop relevant communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, brand tone, and platform best practices across all content assets
Vendor & Advocacy Management
- Source, onboard, and manage vendors across advocacy, influencer marketing, community engagement, and Reviews & Ratings campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong network of partners to support campaign execution at scale.
- Negotiate commercials, manage vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Maintain an organized and updated vendor database for future campaign requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary execution point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, strategy teams, and clients to understand campaign objectives and execution requirements.
- Provide regular campaign updates, proactively address challenges, and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and align with approved briefs.
Reporting & Campaign Analytics
- Prepare campaign reports with performance metrics, execution summaries, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and execution records with accuracy and consistency.
- Develop post-campaign reports and case studies highlighting key learnings and business impact.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities for future initiatives.
Process Excellence & Quality Assurance
- Maintain high execution standards across all campaigns through regular quality checks and process adherence.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, client guidelines, and internal SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, execution efficiency, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standardized operating procedures for the Brand Reputation team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Brand Reputation Management, Reviews & Seeding, Community Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills, preferably within the BFSI, fintech, or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience executing advocacy, Reviews & Ratings, community engagement, and reputation campaigns.
- Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience creating campaign reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.
- Experience working in agency environments or on multiple brand portfolios is an advantage.
- Exposure to crisis management, app reputation, or high-visibility digital campaigns is a plus.
