Job Description
Responsibilities:Overseeing all building operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and elevator systems.Conducting regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.Coordinating and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Managing third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control).Responding promptly to resident complaints, service requests, and emergency situations.Ensuring compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.Monitoring and manage building access control systems, CCTV, and other security infrastructure.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, inspections, and incidents.Support budgeting and cost control efforts by tracking operational expenses and identifying efficiency opportunities.Coordinating waste management and recycling programs to ensure proper disposal and cleanliness.Ensuring smooth operation of shared amenities such as gyms, pools, lounges, and parking areas.Foster positive relationships with residents and promote a safe, comfortable living environment. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Hospitality or any other related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant operational experience as Building Manager in a High Rise ResidentialStrong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance proceduresAbility to manage multiple tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills
