Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Specialist based in West Java, Indonesia. This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting recruitment administration as well as hiring and onboarding activities. The role will involve coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate data, and ensuring smooth administrative operations throughout the hiring cycle.
