Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a Recruitment Consultant.

The Recruitment Consultant will focus on identifying, sourcing, and evaluating top candidates, facilitating end-to-end recruitment processes, and consulting with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs. Other responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing communication with both clients and candidates, and ensuring successful placements that align with client objectives and culture. QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Consulting and providing strategic talent solutionsStrong Interviewing and evaluation skillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time-management skillsPrevious experience in client-facing roles or managing recruitment projects is beneficial
