Role Description This full-time (remote) role will need to travel for role as well.
The Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization and its investments. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating findings into clear recommendations and documentation. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify needs, and supporting implementation of new processes or tools.
The Business Analyst will also assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis, maintain project documentation, and help ensure that business objectives are aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
Candidates should possess skills in Business Process analysis to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Candidates should possess the ability to gather and document Business Requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear, structured specifications. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools) is beneficial.
Experience working in consulting, finance, or investment-related environments is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
