Business Analyst

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis roles within complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong hands‑on experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Solid understanding of system integrations and API‑based solutions (REST/SOAP), with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Proficiency in data analysis, ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to sprint ceremonies
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) as this is your primary working language
• A background or genuine interest in sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting is a strong plus
• Elicit, analyse, and formalise business requirements from stakeholders across sustainability, IT, and operations teams
• Map and document end‑to‑end business processes, identifying gaps and recommending system or process improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integration solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
• Conduct data analysis to support sustainability reporting, KPI tracking, and performance evaluation
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with cross‑functional teams to drive consensus on requirements
• Contribute to the definition and execution of UAT plans, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Support the integration of sustainability objectives into core business processes and digital initiative
