Business Analyst

Join a project in one of Portugal's leading financial/payments institutions as a Business Analyst, working directly with stakeholders in a stable, ongoing project. This isn't a hand-off-and-forget role — you'll own the full analysis lifecycle, from understanding business needs to validating that what gets built actually solves the problem.

You'll work face-to-face with the people who make decisions, three days a week, building real relationships instead of chasing requirements over Slack.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Understand the real problem: meet with clients, users, and stakeholders to uncover business needs and define requirements that matter — not just tick boxes
• Shape how the business works: map current processes (AS-IS), design what comes next (TO-BE), and spot where automation or improvement makes a real difference
• Own the specification: write use cases, user stories, and business rules; produce wireframes when they help the story land
• See it through: validate that what's built matches what was asked, join backlog refinements and sprint planning, and manage change as requirements evolve
