We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Reconciliation Analyst to join our Reconciliation team in Lisbon.

What would be your key responsibilities?

The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for daily and month-end bank reconciliations.

The role entails a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Reconciliation of daily cash and securities positions;
• Regular derivatives reconciliation;
• Funds reconciliation (holdings and valuations);
• Control of transitory account balances;
• Generation of daily, weekly, and month-end reports and KPIs;
• Creation and maintenance of appropriate procedures and process documentation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in reconciliation areas, preferably in a banking environment with international operations;
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of Private Banking products and services is a plus;
• Knowledge of the GT Match reconciliation tool is a plus;
• Knowledge of the Temenos platform is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication skills;
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify errors;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Team player with the flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders.
