We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Reconciliation Analyst to join our Reconciliation team in Lisbon.
What would be your key responsibilities?
The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for daily and month-end bank reconciliations.
The role entails a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Reconciliation of daily cash and securities positions;
- Regular derivatives reconciliation;
- Funds reconciliation (holdings and valuations);
- Control of transitory account balances;
- Generation of daily, weekly, and month-end reports and KPIs;
- Creation and maintenance of appropriate procedures and process documentation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in reconciliation areas, preferably in a banking environment with international operations;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of Private Banking products and services is a plus;
- Knowledge of the GT Match reconciliation tool is a plus;
- Knowledge of the Temenos platform is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication skills;
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify errors;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Team player with the flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders.
