TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Business Analyst (Salesforce) Job Description: • Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent • Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuration and user management. • 10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities. • Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. • Hands-On Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs. • Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories. Nice-To-Have Skills: • Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – Credit package on top of Salesforce – looking for solid experience here TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
