Salary: $114,816 - $124,147 per year

Vacancies: 2 FTE Fixed Term Full Time appointments, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Role Summary
The Business and Finance Officer provides key business and finance activities for the organisation to ensure efficient and effective business processes. The role assists with organisation-wide business and finance activities for a coordinated Hospital Group approach. It provides analytical information on performance against business metrics, supports Divisional Business Teams, and contributes to governance and operational aspects in collaboration with the Service Executive to help achieve the Service and Royal Perth Bentley Group objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support organisation-wide business and finance activities to enable efficient and effective business processes.
- Assist with a coordinated Hospital Group approach to business and finance activities.
- Provide analytical information on performance against key business metrics and support Divisional Business Teams.
- Assist the RPBG Business Unit central team with governance and operational aspects.
- Collaborate with Service Executive members to foster a learning environment aligned with the Service and Royal Perth Bentley Group objectives.

Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a fully accredited public hospital located 10km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal Perth Bentley Mount Lawley Group. BHS provides quality healthcare with a focus on rehabilitation, community child and adolescent health, mental health care, and aged care services.
Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is Western Australia’s longest-serving hospital and is renowned for innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care. It is a 450-bed hospital offering a wide range of services including adult major trauma, complex and elective surgical care, highly specialised surgical services, tertiary mental health, and specialist medical services.
