ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business strategies to drive daily sales performance and increase the average transaction value (basket size) across all outlets.Analyze sales and business data to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making in pricing, promotions, and operational strategies.Identify and develop new business opportunities, including innovative service packages and treatments to expand the barbershop’s menu.Manage and maintain a comprehensive database for all SKU-related costs and pricing (buying vs. selling price) to ensure healthy profit margins.Lead product development to enhance the SKU portfolio, focusing on quality optimization, cost-efficiency, and introducing innovative tools to elevate the customer experienceDrive the end-to-end execution of new services and strategies by managing cross-functional rollouts, internal communications, and staff training to ensure operational readiness across all outlets.Oversee exclusive merchandise for Captain Barbershop, including strategic planning, sourcing, and performance tracking. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessStrategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop new products/servicesAnalytical & Financial Acumen: Strong skills in sales data analysis and a solid understanding of COGS, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.Operational Leadership: Experienced in cross-functional coordinationCore Soft Skills: A mix of creative problem-solving, strategic communication, and high attention to detail.
