In this hybrid role reporting to the Eastern Canada Manager, you will navigate critical partnership challenges with SMB-managed merchants. Your strong judgment and executive presence will be required as you engage with stakeholders and present proposals that promote long-term retention. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will enable you to influence strategies and insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive negotiations for renewals and exclusivity with merchants • Partner with teams to construct strong proposals • Present DoorDash's value to foster partnerships • Collaborate with senior leaders throughout negotiations • Evolve operational strategies for the Canadian market
Requirements: • 4+ years in strategic sales or business development • Deep understanding of restaurant economics • Executive presence and relationship-building skills • Proven history of handling complex negotiations • Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced settings
