Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in London, ON. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

The individual will also manage client accounts, communicate effectively to understand their needs, and craft tailored staffing solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Business and Account Management Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team while meeting targets Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
