Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching potential clients and markets in the legal space. The Business Development Executive will handle lead generation activities, conduct meetings and presentations, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Daily tasks include preparing proposals, tracking sales pipelines, coordinating with internal teams to align services with client needs, and providing regular updates and reports to leadership. The role also requires active participation in networking events, industry forums, and client interactions to expand the company’s presence and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including research, outreach, and conversion of prospects into clients.
- Demonstrated capability in Account Management, focusing on nurturing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, ideally within legal, professional services, or B2B sectors.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a proactive, organized, and goal-oriented approach.
