Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver revenue targets across assigned territories or key accounts within the semiconductor ecosystemIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities with semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and subsystem providersManage and grow strategic accounts by building deep relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholdersLead complex, consultative sales cycles involving precision components and high-spec equipment solutionsCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements with product capabilitiesDrive RFQs, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiationsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer roadmaps to identify growth opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagementsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM systems RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)10+ years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment, precision engineering, or related high-tech manufacturing industriesKnowledge and Exposure to semiconductor front-end or back-end equipmentFamiliarity with precision components such as CNC-machined parts, vacuum systems, motion control, or assembliesProficiency in Mandarin is a must as he or she will be required to communicate & prepare reports to Chinese StakeholdersProven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in an individual contributor roleStrong network within semiconductor OEMs, fabs, or supply chain (e.g., precision machining, motion systems, vacuum components)Experience selling complex, engineered products with long sales cyclesAbility to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectivelyStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel as required (regional/global)
