Business Development Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of business growth strategies and initiativesManage end-to-end onboarding and enablement processes for new hires, including incentive frameworks and stakeholder coordinationPartner closely with stakeholders to advise on commercial initiatives and workforce planningPrepare and present management reports on business performance, growth metrics, and key initiativesOversee governance and validation processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirementsAnalyse campaign and initiative performance, providing insights and recommendationsSupport strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes RequirementsExperience in business management, strategy, or commercial roles within financial services or related industriesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance trackingFamiliarity with governance and regulatory environments is advantageousStrong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
