Vouch is representing a distinguished client in the Maritime Industry, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the business. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand our portfolio of assets. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industriesConduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and value of potential acquisitionsDevelop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholdersLead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process, from initial contact through to closingMaintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesMonitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field5-10 years of experience in corporate/ business development and M&A roleProven track record of successfully executing large scale M&A transactionsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsStrong network within the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industryWillingness to travel as needed
