ResponsibilitiesLead new client acquisition (hunter role) for TikTok Ads in Southeast AsiaIdentify and win high-potential local and regional advertisersDevelop performance-driven advertising strategies aligned with TikTok AdsBuild and expand long-term client relationships with increasing ad spendTrack campaign performance and drive ROI + budget scalingExplore and unlock new growth opportunities in the Singapore & SEA marketCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
Who We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for someone to “do a job.” ? We are looking for someone to build and own a market.2+ years in BD / digital advertising / performance marketingStrong frontline sales (hunter) experience — proven ability to acquire new clientsHands-on experience selling ads (not just account management)Background from TikTok Ads (direct) OR TikTok Ads agency / major digital agency preferredFamiliar with TikTok Ads ecosystem / short-video / performance marketingResults-driven with strong ownership mindsetComfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsFluent in English (Chinese is a plus)?
