Business Strategy Analyst
Location: Mumbai
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, new initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth.
- Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare and monitor weekly sales funnel performance reports.
- Work closely with Business teams to identify and track potential business opportunities.
- Monitor product-wise business performance (Target vs. Achievement) and present key insights to Management.
- Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Manage CRM user access for the Business team and provide support in resolving CRM-related issues.
- Provide sales representatives with relevant business reports and data, including:
- Traffic & Revenue Reports
- DLT Reports
- Sales Funnel & Pipeline Reports
- Opportunity Stage Reports
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional departments.
- Ensure the Sales team regularly updates leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
What You'll Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a Sales, Business Strategy, or Marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and data crunching with Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) will be an added advantage.
