Immediate requirement : C&B Consultant (Freelance Strategic Role Hyderabad)

We are looking to partner with a seasoned Compensation & Benefits expert who can help us reimagine our total rewards architecture at a critical phase of business evolution.

This is not a transactional assignment - we are looking for someone who can bring strategic clarity, regulatory depth, and execution excellence.

What this role will drive:End-to-end Performance Management cycle (PMS) and linkage to pay outcomesCompensation structuring aligned to business strategy and market benchmarksNew Wage Code readiness and implementationTax-efficient salary frameworks (aligned to evolving income tax regulations)Variable pay and incentive design across roles, especially salesBenchmarking, analytics, and leadership dashboardsClear, actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making

Who will fit well:Strong experience in Total Rewards / C&B (corporate or consulting)Has personally driven PMS cycles and compensation decisionsDeep understanding of tax structures, compliance, and wage code implicationsSomeone who can combine data, business context, and practicalityComfortable engaging with and influencing senior leadership
